Najeeb Khuda

Najeeb has over a decade of experience in the film and television industry spanning creative development, production, greenlight strategy, film financing and sales. He began his career in the studio world, serving stints at 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, and Lionsgate. While at Fox and Sony he worked on the worldwide release of numerous hit films such as Chronicle, Prometheus, 21 Jump Street, and Skyfall. During his time at Lionsgate, he helped secure greenlights for several films including commercial hit and critical darling La La Land.

Along with his work on the film slate at Lionsgate, he also spearheaded the development of several new ventures from the company including helping to build Lionsgate Digital Studios and Lionsgate Interactive at their nascent stages. Those experiences directly led to the initial founding of Endless Media as one of the first live action Virtual Reality (VR) content studios in the world which secured a first look deal with Facebook and Oculus Studios. After developing numerous narrative VR projects including a Sci-Fi mystery project from Ridley Scott and writer Zak Olkewicz (Bullet Train) and producing the first ever live action scripted comedy piece in VR, he took the success and notoriety of breaking fresh new voices in the VR space to start Endless Media’s slate of feature films and TV projects.

As a producer, Najeeb has built a reputation as a fighter for emerging voices with a tenacity for discovering and building up new storytellers both domestically and internationally. He has developed, set up and produced several domestic and foreign language projects including producing The Calm Beyond (Hong Kong), Harami (Mumbai) and Assassin, and setting up projects with partners such as Thunder Road, Scott Free and XYZ Films.

Recently launching Endless Media’s management arm, in a matter of just a few months amid a dual strike, Najeeb has quickly identified both established and emerging talent using the same skillset at discovering voices that have led to multiple produced and set up projects. Combining that with his long-cultivated network of producers, studio/streamer buyers and independent financiers who have come to trust Najeeb’s keen eye and ability to execute, his clients are primed to come out of the gates storming.

Najeeb has also founded initiatives for greater inclusion in our business such as launching a screenwriting lab with the Muslim Public Affairs Council’s Hollywood Bureau, serving as a mentor to underrepresented Muslim-American writers. He has also served as a mentor for screenwriting labs from the International Screenwriter’s Association, Coverfly and The Black List.

Najeeb holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

Gavin Lurie

Gavin has 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry working in a wide variety of roles and functions. After beginning his career at UTA in their research and communications department, he continued on to work at FOX Sports in television programming strategy and research and The Walt Disney Company in corporate brand development. He then earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson with specializations in finance and entertainment before joining the strategic planning department in Lionsgate’s motion picture group. While at Lionsgate, Gavin led initiatives to expand and monetize the company’s most value film IP titles, including The Hunger Games, John Wick, and Saw franchises as well as revamped internal strategies for financing, distribution and sales of Lionsgate’s feature film slate. During this time, the idea for Endless Media was hatched to become a industry leading VR and AR narrative production studio. The new venture was launched with a focus on world building and IP creation through VR and AR, which could then be expanded and mined for expansion into film, TV, and other creative mediums. The company quickly become a leader in the space, producing the first ever narrative comedy pilot in VR for Oculus Studios (which led to a first-look deal with Facebook and Oculus) and collaborating with Fortune 500 brands, sports organizations, and major film studios on their VR content creation. Following the success in digital and virtual spaces, Endless Media went back to its founders’ roots and developed a robust feature film slate, concentrating on emerging creators and unique stories from every corner of the globe. Gavin in particular concentrated on the international sector, successfully identifying multiple projects from Asia, Europe, Latin America and Australia and leading to the worldwide release of both The Calm Beyond by Sony Pictures International and Harami by a worldwide OTT platform later this year. In 2023, amid both the WGA and SAG strikes, Endless Media launched a management arm of their business, continuing with the same underlying strategies to identify high-value and high-upside clients for their roster. In a short time, Endless has built a strong roster including a top tier comic book writer, an Emmy-nominated documentary producer/director, and highly talented and employable writers and filmmakers. Throughout these endeavors, Gavin has additionally worked with entities such as Gold House, CAPE USA, and various other domestic and international organizations to promote and amplify underrepresented voices in Hollywood. He is also active in local and national politics.

Gavin holds a Master of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA.
